If you've check out my twitter page at twitter.com/ericdwills in the past couple of days, you may have noticed the orange owl staring at you telling you that my account has been suspended for "strange" activity. First of all, I'm not really strange (at least I don't think so) and neither are my activities and actions online and in the real world. Thanks to everyone who has emailed and BlackBerry messaged me asking why I haven't been tweeting. According to Twitter, they should respond to requests to lift suspensions within 24 hours but so far it's been over 72. Here are a few reasons why I believe Twitter should un-suspend my account.
1. Because I'm not a spammer, hacker, impersonator, nuisance, or "strange"
2. Because I've suggested and convinced numerous individuals to use Twitter and have pleaded the case for Twitter to my friends.
3. Because I have followers who followed me for a reason, obviously at least 285 individuals have found my tweets useful, informative, or entertaining.
4. Because I use Twitter based apps like Twitterberry, Social Scope, Twitterfox, and Tweetdeck; and I encourage other's to try them and use them.
5. Because I RARELY send DM's and Tweet only about 10-20 times a day and often-times less than that. So....I'm definitely not a Twitter spammer.
