Beyonce was spotted yesterday afternoon in Vienna rockin a 'summery' look. Silver YSL caged boots on her feet, zombie J Brand pencil leg jeans, chain belt, sheer white tank, and white Valentino bag. What do yall (yes I say 'yall', I'm from Texas) think about the $1600 caged boots? I've never been a fan but...seems like they get good reactions.
